We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director, Client Partner to lead and grow our engagements within the pension and retirement industry. In this senior role, you will partner with clients to drive long-term success and measurable value through our cloud-native platform, V3locity.
You will develop executive-level relationships, understand client business imperatives, and guide platform adoption and growth. The ideal candidate brings domain credibility, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor at all levels of a customer organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep, multi-level relationships within client organizations - from end users to senior executives - ensuring alignment, advocacy, and long-term partnership.
  • Define client success objectives and ensure realization of ROI through adoption strategies, enablement, and proactive engagement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s strategic imperatives, risk appetite, operating structure, and organizational culture, using that insight to shape success plans and product alignment.
  • Advise clients on best practices and solution strategies for maximizing the value of V3locity, including workflow optimization, data insights, and industry alignment.
  • Identify and nurture up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Account Management to grow existing client relationships.
  • Orchestrate executive-level communication and governance, including steering committees, executive business reviews (QBRs), and C-suite engagement to maintain momentum and executive alignment.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively mitigate risk, ensuring a smooth post-implementation experience and sustained platform value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, delivery approaches, and support strategies based on field experience and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure a seamless and value-driven client experience.
