We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing - M4 to join our Client Processing team. This role location is not specified - ONSITE/HYBRID/REMOTE. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage multiple teams and oversee a core operating area in Client Processing, handling all aspects of client accounts including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution Manage resource allocation and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget Provide a consistent client service level model and ensure all service levels are consistently satisfied or exceeded Develop policies and processes to meet and exceed product/service and quality standards, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork Set departmental budgets, conduct resource planning, and develop business plans for team/group operations To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred 10-15 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 3-5 years in management Experience in brokerage processing preferred Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
