We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. Role Overview The Director, Corporate Trust Operations – Conventional Trust leads multiple teams responsible for the servicing and execution of conventional trust transactions across the full deal lifecycle. This role oversees operational activities related to trustee and administrative agent responsibilities, paying agent and cash processing functions, and deal closing and ongoing transaction administration. The Director ensures operational excellence, strong risk and control discipline, timely and accurate transaction execution, and high-quality service delivery for clients and internal stakeholders. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Lead multiple teams responsible for Conventional Trust servicing and processing operations across trustee, administrative agent, paying agent, cash processing, and deal lifecycle management activities. * Oversee operational execution of trustee and administrative agent responsibilities, including deal setup, account onboarding, document interpretation, covenant and compliance tracking support, notice and reporting coordination, and ongoing transaction administration. * Manage paying agent and cash processing activities, including disbursements, receipts, payment event execution, reconciliations, exception handling, and adherence to deadlines and control requirements. * Direct operational readiness and execution for deal closings, ensuring accurate setup of transactions, funding workflows, closing deliverables, and transition to ongoing servicing. * Oversee lifecycle event processing for conventional trust transactions, including scheduled and ad hoc events, amendments, redemptions, interest and principal payments, maturities, and other transaction-related activities. * Ensure servicing and processing activities are performed in accordance with governing documents, internal procedures, service level expectations, and applicable risk and control standards. * Serve as a senior escalation point for complex transaction issues, client inquiries, cash exceptions, and servicing matters requiring judgment and cross-functional coordination. * Partner with relationship management, product, legal, compliance, technology, and other operational teams to support transaction execution, client service delivery, and issue resolution. * Develop, enhance, and implement operational procedures, controls, and workflows to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and stakeholder experience. * Identify and lead process improvement opportunities that strengthen control effectiveness, reduce operational risk, and support scalable growth. * Manage resource allocation, workflow capacity, budgets, and project execution to ensure team goals and business priorities are achieved. * Recruit, coach, and develop managers and staff, building a strong team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  * Advanced/graduate degree preferred. * 10–15 years of total work experience preferred, including 3–5 years of management experience. * Significant experience in financial services operations, transaction servicing, client processing, or related operational leadership roles. * Demonstrated experience managing teams supporting complex transaction processing, cash operations, or trust-related servicing activities. * Strong knowledge of operational risk, controls, service delivery, and escalation management within a deadline-driven environment. * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.     Preferred Experience * Experience in Corporate Trust, Conventional Trust, trustee or administrative agent servicing, or related securities / fixed income operations preferred. * Experience with paying agent responsibilities, cash processing, deal closing support, and transaction lifecycle event management preferred. * Experience in brokerage processing preferred. * Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
