About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Team: The goal of the Client Solutions Group is to influence asset flows and revenue across S&P Dow Jones Indices (SPDJI) index-linked solutions and products. You will be part of a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, while building robust client relationships. With over USD 7.4 trillion in passively managed assets linked to our indices and over USD 11.3 trillion benchmarked to our indices, our solutions are widely considered indispensable in tracking market performance, evaluating portfolios and developing investment strategies. Responsibilities and Impact: Reporting directly to the Head of Client Solutions Group, Americas, you will manage the Mid Atlantic territory by partnering directly with asset management’s distribution teams, key centers of influence within wealth managers and institutional clients Work autonomously and collaboratively to drive index-based solutions adoption across various financial services channels with a focus on wealth Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SPDJI indices. Provide thought leadership and educational presentations across various audiences Update activity in CRM and work with sales management on territory objectives Execute and log robust KPIs and ROI measures to track and influence index fund flows, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals Partner with S&P DJI commercial and product teams to develop and cultivate a pipeline of contacts. Build strong relationships internally, liaising with Sales, Client Service, Index Investment Strategy (IIS), Marketing, and Product teams to support new and existing client initiatives Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000–$220,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 7 years’ industry experience as a proven consultative sales professional with experience and contacts in wealth and investment management. You have working experience and knowledge of index-based investing, ETFs, SMA and fund distribution Proven track record of influencing and driving revenue growth Demonstrate advanced knowledge of direct indexing/personalized indexing, index-based investing and model portfolio competitive landscape Familiarity and prior experience supporting Unified and Separate Managed Accounts (UMA/SMA), Model Portfolios, Investment Advisory Solutions platforms and RIA channel advisors Effective in networking with financial advisors across multiple channels including RIAs, BDs, Independent advisors and insurance brokers Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics internally and externally Must be self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills Must be comfortable with extensive travel (>50% of the time) Undergraduate degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred (or progress to) Preferred work location: Candidate should reside in their respective territory coverage Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Responsibilities

The Director will manage the Mid-Atlantic territory, partnering with asset management distribution teams, wealth managers, and institutional clients to drive the adoption of index-based solutions.
