The Director of Client Success is at the center of Carnegie’s client partnerships, serving as the internal sales lead and a high-level strategic resource for higher education clients while aligning company services to meet their needs. The Director must possess a deep knowledge of the higher education landscape and today’s enrollment and marketing trends while being a dynamic leader equipped with the skills to navigate campus politics and build deep, lasting relationships with clients.
