JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the organization, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s clinical quality & performance improvement activities. Works in collaboration with the clinical services department and regional leadership to deliver best in class clinical quality and outcomes. This position will work to optimize clinical quality and outcomes via policy development, EMR utilization, & performance improvement activities across all RXH service lines.

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  1. Educational: Registered Nurse, BSN, Master’s Degree Preferred
  2. Experience in leading clinical quality initiatives
  3. Experience using data and analytics to impact clinical and operational performance
  4. MS Excel proficiency, ability to work with multiple data inputs and create an analytical strategy for improvement
  5. MS Office proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work well under pressure required.
  6. Must have a current, valid, and unencumbered license, certificate or registration or credentialing as required. Must maintain all state and federal compliance requirements for licensure and employment.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the design, production, and evaluation of the organization’s clinical outcome reporting
  2. Oversight of the company’s performance improvement processes
  3. Responsible for the daily management, process improvement, and ongoing development of the company’s Electronic Medical Record, WoundDocs.
  4. Maintains and optimizes the organization EMR training program for all associates and providers
  5. Oversight of the company’s quality recognition award programs
  6. Performs other related duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establishes specific programs to engender staff participation in the identification and recommendation to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of operations and customer service.
  2. Partners with divisional and regional leadership to ensure clinical delivery needs are met and interfaces with hospital contacts as necessary
  3. Serves as a clinical expert in facilitating training for new initiatives, as necessary.
  4. Support the implementation team with new center openings. Which includes onsite and virtual support and follow up
  5. Collaborates with Clinical Services & Training department to ensure integrity of clinical competencies across the organization.
  6. Administer and uphold all the Company’s values and policies and procedures
  7. Continuously work towards the Company’s goal and vision
  8. Performs other duties as assigned
