OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
• Willingness to undergo and pass a Child Safety Personal History Screening Check (LCS2).

• Lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of philanthropically and fee for service funded services.
• Recruit, mentor, develop and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, across dispersed sites.
• Lead effective donor engagement by leveraging strong communication and relationship building skills to inspire confidence, reinforce impact and strengthen long term partnerships.
• Drive sustainable business development through high quality service delivery and targeted marketing initiatives.
