Your tasks

You will assume operational responsibility for the areas of Medical Writing, Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical Monitoring and Clinical Safety, reporting directly to the management.
You will be responsible for the disciplinary management and targeted development of a highly motivated team of 12 employees.
You design clinical studies, define the requirements for data collection and analysis, and are responsible for both data quality and patient safety.
You are responsible for creating the clinical dossier for marketing authorization applications and coordinating communication with the authorities in case of queries.
You will further develop the strategic direction of the clinical trial program – including the evaluation and selection of new indications.
You are primarily responsible for the selection and management of external service providers, including the negotiation of project budgets.
You are responsible for and optimize processes in your areas and continuously develop the organizational target image.

Your profile

You have successfully completed an MS/MA, MD or PhD degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 6-8 years of professional experience – ideally in a top strategy consultancy or in a dynamic start-up environment.
You combine your excellent analytical skills with a results-oriented and detail-oriented way of working.
You communicate clearly, in a structured and convincing manner – on different levels and with different contacts.
You think strategically, take responsibility, and enjoy actively developing structures and processes.
