INTERNALS ONLY We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director, Hybrid Cloud Advisory and Transformation. You will be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership and delivery of Hybrid Cloud Advisory and Transformation Services and Products to Fujitsu's Oceania customers. This role ensures that Fujitsu is at the forefront of customers hybrid cloud transformations, underpinning Fujitsu's growth in region as the premier cloud transformation partner. You will be responsible for leading a highly engaged regional team, managing key partner relationships, and driving sustainable profitable growth through effective P&L management, market expansion, retention and growth of existing customers. You will also be involved in continuous service improvement that positions Fujitsu at the cutting edge of service delivery innovation and customer value. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Strategic & Commercial Leadership Own profit and loss (P&L) for Fujitsus Oceania Hybrid Cloud Advisory and Transformation function. Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and in-account growth, aligned with corporate objectives. Oceania service owner for Hybrid Cloud Advisory and Transformation service offerings. Regional business development for Hybrid Cloud and Network offerings. Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams within regulated and critical infrastructure sectors. Deliver to regional UVANCE and Alliance partner targets. Master industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Fujitsu at the forefront. Operational Excellence Lead delivery of AWS, Hybrid Cloud and Platform Engineering Advisory and Transformation Services to Fujitsus Oceania customers and lead the Customer Architecture and Lean Agile Centres of Excellence in Oceania. Support pre-sales and bid responses for Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure customer solutions. Drive continuous improvement and automation to optimize cost and performance and customer value, leveraging AI and automation. Governance & Compliance Ensure solutions adhere to standards (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2) and sector/customer-specific legislative and regulatory requirements. Governance of Hybrid Cloud technologies within Oceania. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with key customers to understand evolving needs and compliance requirements ensuring long term partnerships and customer value. People & Team Lead a team of highly engaged IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning and customer focus. Act as a role model, consistently demonstrating behaviours that cultivate a positive organizational culture and champion Fujitsu's core values of Aspiration, Trust, and Empathy. Collaborate with other Fujitsu Oceania leaders and teams, particularly the Customer team, other LOBs and global delivery teams to develop and deliver comprehensive market leading services, to enhance Fujitsu Oceania's competitive edge, win rates, and value proposition. Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for critical roles. Manage complex issues with empathy, working closely with teams to ensure prompt resolution and confident communication. Vendor & Partner Management Manage a select group of delivery led partners, establishing highly collaborative and strategic partnerships that underpin market expansion, innovation, customer success and growth of Fujitsus Oceania business. Negotiate strategic partner contracts to optimize cost and service quality. Requirements: 10+ years substantive leadership leading professional services teams in a global technology or consulting company. Proven track record of P&L ownership, market expansion, and account growth. Proven success in Business Development, Sales, Vendor Management, Offering Development, Strategy, Professional Services strategy and management. Proven success in developing and leading professional services practices/centres of excellence. Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and judgement. Deep understanding of digital services, including industry-specific technologies.
