OneSpan is looking for a technically highly skilled Director, Cloud Architecture and Operations- This is both a technical leadership and people management role:
Technical leadership role in our SaaS Cloud team for our security business unit. It includes operating high quality, scalable, and extensible software, and includes coaching technically the team in making appropriate infrastructure design and technology choices.
In a highly evolving environment on technical landscape, we are looking for a very technical profile, passionate about cloud software and current evolution of the market including Artificial Intelligence both on technical side and its usage to improve team performance.
A people management role that requires the ability to hire and grow talent and scale to manage multiple teams. The role also requires strong strategic thinking, with the ability to think of out of the box solutions and to assist in build/buy/partner decisions. Strong communication inside and outside of engineering teams is critical. Due to the fast-pace changes in technology and cloud software development, this role also requires a visionary profile, with the ability to influence teams and conduct change management, through strong technical drive to improve processes, tools, team expertise and teamwork.
