Summary of the Role:
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in B2B Software Cloud Migration, you’ll serve as a strategic partner on one of our top priority programs, Cloud Migration. Your deep experience will guide the development of the program strategy, shape workstreams and timelines and ensure successful execution across all program phases. This role is designed for someone who’s been through large-scale cloud migrations and can bring lessons learned and best-practices to deliver against program objectives.

WHO YOU ARE / QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Deep experience in cloud infrastructure/B2B software cloud migration
  • Proven success leading or contributing to similar enterprise-level initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide others
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving project environments
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a complex organization
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert-level input to define and continually refine program strategy, scope, and execution plans, incorporating best practices and lessons-learned from prior experiences
  • Consultative Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to the Program Manager and cross-functional leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on deep domain knowledge and prior experience
  • Risk Management & Opportunity Identification: Proactively assess and identify potential challenges and business opportunities within the program; bias towards action in mitigating risks and enhancing program performance
  • Change Management Support: Partner with cross-functional leaders to support enablement efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and business readiness program progresses
