Job Description The Director, CMS Stablecoin Product Strategy will drive the product strategy, go-to-market, and execution for Visa’s stablecoin product portfolio within CMS. This role will define the CMS stablecoin strategy, launching and scaling stablecoin-based solutions across use cases. Stablecoin Product Strategy Define and evolve Visa’s stablecoin strategy in alignment with CMS and enterprise priorities. Scan horizon for wider Web3 and digital asset opportunities that should form a part of our strategy. Identify high-fit products and partner with Product to integrate stablecoin enablement into future roadmaps. Identify where partnerships will be needed to fill product gaps, and mobilize teams around new partner identification and integration. Customer Discovery & Solutioning Guide solutioning and discovery efforts by uncovering customer needs in partnership with Regions & Product. Partner closely with regional and sales teams on client-facing commercialization activities—from early discovery through pilot deployment—ensuring CMS stablecoin solutions are validated, implemented, and positioned for scale across priority verticals. Contribute to cross-functional client implementation plans with Regions, Sales, and Product, maintaining accountability for stablecoin-related execution milestones and measurable client outcomes. Serve as the CMS stablecoin specialist in client and partner engagements, providing clear product expertise and validating client needs into actionable go-to-market requirements. Represent Visa’s CMS stablecoin portfolio in client forums, executive briefings, and partner workshops to help shape market understanding and drive adoption Market Development & Enablement Identify and prioritize high-impact verticals (e.g., Treasury, SMB, Gig Economy, Gaming, IoT) and develop tailored commercialization and strategic growth plans. Launch and maintain customer playbooks, including value proposition, compliance FAQs, and sample collateral. Collaborate with Regional teams to develop differentiated go-to-market strategies for use cases such as XB payroll, remittances, merchant settlement, creator payouts, and programmable payments. Collaborate with marketing to develop and deploy regional educational campaigns including high-impact case studies. Lead competitive analysis and strategic positioning efforts to differentiate Visa’s stablecoin offerings. Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. Performance & Strategic Optimization Own leadership communications to surface needed decisions, investments, and alignment. Support strategy and commercialization KPIs including adoption rates, transaction volumes, client engagement, and revenue impact. Identify opportunities to optimize commercialization processes, tools, and strategic frameworks to improve efficiency and impact. This is a hybrid position. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD 10+ years in payments, fintech, product management, or related field. Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, or digital assets preferred. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive GTM execution. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
