Director, Codes Editorial Provides strategic leadership and direction for meeting department, product, people, and business goals and objectives. Responsible for meeting all schedules, targets, and budgets. Establishes, builds, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers, as a representative of the organization. About the Role In this role as Director, Codes Editorial you will be responsible for: Lead and develop the Manila Codes Editorial teams - Manage performance, attract and grow talent, and build editorial expertise and career development opportunities as the global centre expands. Drive AI adoption across the organization - Establish AI experimentation as standard practice, integrate AI project responsibilities into all editor roles, and partner with leadership to staff AI capital initiatives. Own strategic responsibility for Manila's core Codes Editorial workflows - Ensure productivity, currency, quality, and prioritization across all outputs while supporting print revenue and co-owning the global expansion strategy. Manage budgets and drive operational excellence - Oversee budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, champion process improvements, and lead cross-functional projects to meet deliverables and customer specifications. Serve as the Editorial representative and relationship builder - Partner with senior leaders across the organization, represent Codes Editorial to executive leadership, and build Editorial visibility and identity within the Manila site. About You You’re a fit for the role of Director, Codes Editorial if your background includes: 8 years+ people management experience Extensive editorial/content experience Bachelors degree required, legal degree preferred Ability and willingness to travel if required #LI-CS3 What’s in it For You?
