Responsibilities Formulate and execute innovative commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team to achieve strategic objectives. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and risks. Oversee the financial performance of commercial initiatives and manage budget allocations effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial activities with operational goals. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and inform decision-making. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or real estate industries. Demonstrated success in developing and managing commercial strategies that yield significant revenue growth. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
