Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and regulatory bodies. Conduct detailed market analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development. Manage and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Negotiate contracts and facilitate partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals. Monitor performance metrics and report on commercial outcomes, adapting strategies as needed. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on the entertainment or real estate sectors. Proven experience in developing successful commercial strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
