Well-capitalized startup seeks extremely talented Director of Sales to grow construction sales from $1.5M to $12.5 million in 6 Months. You must have experience in building top performing sales teams, strategizing, value stream creation, construction sales, and rapidly closing large sized sales in a fraction of the time that most consider possible.
Top-notch cross-functional leadership and negotiation skills are essential. You should have a bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Familiarity with lean business methods or other efficiency-focused sales methodologies would be helpful but proven results matter most.

Must be willing to relocate to the Ontario area.
Compensation will include above average base salary, meaningful commission and target bonuses.
