About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking a Director, Commercial FP&A to join our Finance team. The Commercial FP&A team serves as frontline partners to the business – helping the leaders in the Go to Market, R&D and G&A functions achieve their goals by making great decisions as quickly as possible.

• Manage a small team of FP&A professionals
• Be a visible spokesperson for FP&A in front of senior execs across the company
• Initially, own business partnering for Sitecore’s go to market organisation, including Sales and Marketing, but with the potential to grow/change scope over time
• Help the business plan its resource usage to support its strategic goals, measuring performance against those plans and updating them periodically
• Drive efficiency in all business partnering by constantly evolving processes and embedding AI wherever possible
• Help solve ad-hoc business problems as they arise, leveraging your analytical capabilities and deep understanding of Sitecore’s business model
