YOUR IMPACT

  • Support the Director of Port Ops US in the ideation of the itineraries for the North America deployment
  • Verify feasibility and availability of future itineraries and manage the berthing reservation process;
  • Coordinate with port agents to check berth availability and handle any last-minute changes to itineraries.
  • Optimize arrival / departure times to enhance guests experience and overall Cost optimization
  • Evaluate Itineraries by analyzing the P&L of each itinerary
  • Work with the VP of Itinerary Planning, Commercial Executives, and Operations teams to optimize routes, taking into account operational constraints, port infrastructure, and seasonal factors.
  • Monitor and make adjustments to existing itineraries to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand is expanding its Operations team in the USA. Reporting to the VP Itinerary Planning, Port Operations & Commercial Services , the Director, Itinerary Planning will assist in the creation, optimization, and continuous improvement of itineraries to ensure alignment with MSC Cruises’ commercial goals and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office, in Miami.
