Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and customers. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions. Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to commercial activities. Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive company operations and brand messaging. At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive significant revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
