YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!

  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Quebec on a regular basis.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in government affairs, public relations, Indigenous relations, or regulatory affairs, ideally in the energy, natural resources, or infrastructure sectors.
  • University degree in political science, public administration, law, international relations, communications, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quebec’s political, regulatory, and economic framework, as well as Indigenous and municipal realities.
  • Has a solid knowledge of the renewable energy industry.
  • Commitment to sustainable development and adoption of best practices in terms of social acceptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusting relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems diplomatically.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple types of audiences.
  • Strategic mindset, diplomacy, and strong political acumen.
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Quebec.
