• Experience in the consulting field within the technical domain.

• Fluency in English, verbal and written.

As Director for Consultant Services, you will be responsible for building a strong team and ensuring a motivated, efficient organisation. You will dedicate your efforts to establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships while maintaining and growing a profitable consulting business.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of recruiters and sales manager, creating a cohesive and high-performing unit.
• Developing new consulting concepts and maintaining existing ones.
• Setting and achieving profit and loss targets for the consulting division.
• Strengthening relationships between our UK and Denmark divisions.
• Negotiating large contracts with energy sector clients.
