  Job Title: Director, Content & Community Department: Marketing Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer  Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus.  Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range.  Position Overview  The Director of Content & Community will lead Ivim Health’s content strategy, community engagement, and presence across all owned channels. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing content and community function that drives organic growth, patient engagement, brand authority, and conversion.  This leader will oversee a team responsible for content marketing via affiliate and influencer partnerships, social media, community management, and website/landing page optimization. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on operator who can balance creative storytelling with measurable business impact, ensuring that all content is compelling, compliant, and aligned with Ivim Health’s mission.  This is a high-visibility leadership role within the Marketing organization—ideal for a strategic, data-informed storyteller with deep expertise in content strategy, SEO, community engagement, and healthcare or telehealth marketing.  Who We Are  At Ivim Health, we’re transforming the future of wellness through truly personalized, accessible care. Together, we’re advancing a model of care that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being, one patient at a time.    Key Responsibilities  Content Strategy & Leadership  * Develop and execute Ivim Health’s content and community strategy across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand voice. * Lead the content calendar for long-form (blog, SEO, editorial) and short-form (social, website, community) storytelling. * Leverage audience insights, search trends, and performance data to shape content that drives engagement, trust, and conversion. * Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product teams to ensure unified messaging across the full marketing funnel. Community & Social Media  * Oversee community growth and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Ivim Circles. * Build patient-centered engagement programs that drive advocacy, retention, and organic growth. * Establish SOPs for community moderation, escalation, and brand response management. SEO, Website & Landing Page Optimization  * Own the website content roadmap and optimization strategy to improve rankings, conversions, and user experience. * Collaborate with Product and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices, content accuracy, and high-performing CTAs. * Conduct A/B testing across key pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Affiliate & Influencer Oversight  * Provide strategic guidance and structure to the affiliate/influencer program to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI goals. * Develop frameworks for compliant affiliate partnerships and content approval. Team Leadership & Collaboration  * Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across content, affiliate, and community functions. * Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with marketing and business objectives. * Foster a collaborative, patient-impact-driven culture across departments.
