Bachelor's / Master's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field. 12-15 plus years of proven experience in communication roles, with a focus on internal communication. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms. Open communicator who can reach out to multiple stakeholders across hierarchy. Familiarity with digital communications tools, trends and best practices. Proven track record of being a part of successful communication campaigns in a corporate environment. Understanding of financial services industry is a plus.
