Description
Experience in technology transactions, logistics and distribution, global supply chain, privacy/AI, and contract management system implementation is preferred. Experience supervising legal professionals including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support partners. Experience with commercial and technology related transactions. Experience and interest in supporting a wide variety of commercial transactions. Provide legal advice and training to the procurement team and business leaders on a range of commercial and contract issues. Coordinate across internal legal teams on a variety of matters related to commercial transactions (e.g., Privacy, IP, Customs, and Tax). Provide high-level legal expertise across the organization. Develop and implement solutions together with the business that anticipate and mitigate risks. Manage and develop relationships with partners (employees) and outside counsel to create strategic and innovative solutions that address issues and achieve business objectives. Provide feedback and evaluate process improvements to increase efficiencies. Collaborate with team members to achieve business, customer, and partner results.
