Overview:
The Director Corporate Human Resources will lead and align human resources initiatives with business goals while ensuring robust HR policy governance and compliance.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing proactive HR partnership, while also owning the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide HR policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Be able to provide strategic HR business partner consultation to corporate leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Expertise in Human Resources practices and employment law, HR-related industry regulations (e.g. federal, state, ACHC)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in a progressive HR role, including team leadership and multi-state oversight
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Strong ability to establish cohesive partnerships and work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
