Overview The Director Corporate Human Resources will lead and align human resources initiatives with business goals while ensuring robust HR policy governance and compliance. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing proactive HR partnership, while also owning the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide HR policies and procedures. This is an in-office role in our Atlanta, GA Headquarters. No remote options available. About You Be able to provide strategic HR business partner consultation to corporate leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning. Expertise in Human Resources practices and employment law, HR-related industry regulations (e.g. federal, state, ACHC) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in a progressive HR role, including team leadership and multi-state oversight HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Strong ability to establish cohesive partnerships and work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
