Description

Responsibility for the central documentation and contract management of all contracts within the corporate group or management of regional contacts (e.g. commercial, corporate and employment contracts)
Performing corporate law tasks (e.g., transaction approvals, shareholder resolutions, rules of procedure) and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate law obligations.
Development and establishment of compliance guidelines, codes of conduct and appropriate measures to ensure their implementation
Definition of the company-wide framework for risk management, including risk appetite, risk taxonomy, risk register and reporting.
Preparation of regular risk analyses and management reports, as well as legal support in business negotiations, especially with strategically important customers in Europe.
Consulting on the structuring of high-risk transactions and projects, particularly regarding limitations of liability, contractual penalties and intellectual property issues.
