The Senior Director of Operations is a senior-level business partner to the COO and a resource to the broader organization. This role is responsible for driving financial clarity, operational efficiency, and business accountability across all lines of business. Acting as a mentor to Controllers and an advisor to operational leaders, this individual leads efforts to strengthen financial performance and productivity through structured analysis, reporting, and strategic alignment.

• Advise the COO on financial and operational performance, offering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and facilitate weekly Flash report calls and Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) to align teams around key financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of P&Ls across all business units, surfacing actionable insights to drive profitability and cost discipline.
• Serve as a cross-functional resource, identifying opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and operational streamlining across departments.
• Develop and mentor Controllers company-wide, equipping them with the tools, mindset, and leadership skills to partner effectively with business leaders.
• Help standardize and improve financial reporting processes across the organization to promote transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
• Collaborate with business leaders to foster a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Support special initiatives and strategic projects as needed to enhance enterprise performance.
