In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cost reporting processes and establish robust control mechanisms to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across our projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in facilitating transparency in financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop strategies that enhance reporting capabilities and foster a culture of financial accountability throughout the organization. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the cost reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for all projects. Develop and implement controls to monitor and minimize financial risks associated with project expenditures. Provide analysis and insights on cost performance metrics to guide management decision-making. Standardize reporting formats and metrics to ensure consistency across all financial reports. Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project management teams to optimize cost control procedures and enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance with financial policies and procedures. Train and mentor team members to build capacity in cost reporting and controls. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 15+ years of experience in financial reporting and cost control within large projects or organizations Strong understanding of cost management principles and project accounting Proficient in financial software tools and ERP systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail Effective leadership and team management capabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
