Required Skills and Experience •10 years in senior leadership positions, with a strong focus on general management, business strategy, and operational oversight •Experience in managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures, demonstrating an ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people •A deep understanding of business growth strategies, including experience in market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification initiatives, preferably within the IT Strategy & Consulting industry •Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and achieve financial objectives, ensuring sustainable profitability Preferred Skills and Experience •A degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable •Experience working in diverse international environments, with an appreciation of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics, is a plus Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
