EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in leadership/management within fashion, retail, or apparel.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams (designers, stylists, photographers, marketing partners).
  • Strong collaboration skills with merchandising, product development, sourcing, and marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of men’s fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and finishes.
  • Experience in concept-to-market creative direction—from mood boards and sketches to final production.
  • Familiarity with digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing or collaborating on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to streamline workflow and cross-team collaboration.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting.
