REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate is a people and culture obsessed, dynamic leader with deep expertise in culture, inclusion and diversity, and engagement initiatives and delivery. You drive, operationalize and prioritize key initiatives from ideation to delivery. You are passionate about fostering a high-performance culture to enhance team performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Proven knowledge of Agile concepts and ability to apply in practice
  • Deep understanding of organisational culture, inclusion and diversity, and engagement topics
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and aligning culture, inclusion and diversity, and engagement strategies and initiatives with commercial and business goals
  • Growth mindset, and willingness and ability to go beyond area of expertise
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning and execution, as well as driving scalable programs
  • Strong focus on inclusion and diversity
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, track key metrics, and report on the progress of HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing executive presentations and facilitating decision-making for senior leadership teams
  • Demonstrated success in project management, resource allocation, and senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and ensure the effective execution of people initiatives
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Culture and Engagement in HR or a related field, with significant experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands, with 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Fluency in English
Responsibilities

People Management for 4 Agile Specialists in the Culture, Inclusion and Diversity, and Engagement pillar

  • Lead or be part of rotating agile project teams from time to time
  • Develop and manage EMEA-wide culture initiatives with impact, scale, and consistency
  • Drive behavioural change and embed core values through the culture transformation agenda
  • Partner across HR and Comms to deliver consistent messaging around culture and values
  • Partner with senior leaders (EMT, TH, BLT, MDs) on engagement strategies
  • Lead the end-to-end EMEA associate engagement strategy, including pulse and annual surveys
  • Translate engagement data into actionable insights to drive performance and wellbeing
  • Design and implement L&D frameworks, policies, and initiatives across the associate lifecycle
  • Oversee Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and coordinate executive sponsorship
