Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This job position is the interface between regional Commercial and Operations functions, and supports strong customer relationship management while also ensuring order execution and delivery. This role is also the key point of contact for intra-regional fulfilment, issues and dependencies.

Responsibilities
  • Optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of customer fulfilment processes
  • Working with commercial account managers and customers to develop supply chain and fulfilment strategies
  • Managing regional can and end inventory in accordance with the parameters set by the central planning team
  • Planning regional production and call-offs and the management of variations to plans
  • Escalating customer issues through the appropriate governance
  • Achieving customer fulfilment KPIs relating to customer satisfaction and order execution
  • Contributing to thought-leadership and new initiatives for Customer Fulfilment alongside the Senior Customer Fulfilment Director and Vice President of IBP
  • Responsible for overall customer fulfilment within the relevant region using Drive for Ten principles to work with Commercial, Operations and the IBP leadership team
  • Establishing and monitoring aligned KPIs and process for successful fulfilment of customer orders
  • Ensuring accuracy of order timelines and achieving the agreed high level of customer satisfaction in the area of order fulfilment in an efficient and cost effective manner
  • Overall responsibility for identifying and managing risks related to time, cost and quality of customer fulfilment within the region Ball Drive for Ten principles when working across all of BBPE
