Job Description

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop a comprehensive data and analytics strategy, aligned with corporate objectives
  • Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning into business processes, ensuring effective cross-functional governance of key initiatives
  • Develop RCL’s data science practice, to drive predictive analytics, product recommendations price optimization and inventory management
  • Oversee the collection, management, and governance of customer data to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Own the roadmap for business intelligence, developing dashboards and reports that drive key business decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
  • Build excellent partnerships with leaders across the Digital, CRM, eComm, Retail, Merchandising and Marketing teams; empower their teams with the data and insights required to take better business decisions
  • Drive the broader data culture across RCL brands and be a champion to drive more business decisions through insights
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in data science and artificial intelligence to bring the best innovation to RCL
    Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in advanced analytics, data science and/or data engineering, preferably in retail, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics. MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven ability and experience leading teams to analyze customer data for actionable business insight
