Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with LUSA CDMO and OneFluential on leadership deliverables and ad-hoc analyses
  • Partner with LUSA stakeholders to elevate how influencer performance data is used across the business, including:
  • Deliver timely topline readouts and pattern-spotting to reduce lag and ensure stakeholder needs are met
  • Identify and socialize data and platform trends using available data tools and benchmarking resources
  • Analyze KPI share across influencer tiers and platforms to surface trends, best practices, and opportunities
  • Conduct influencer churn, retention, and prospecting analysis to inform strategy and long-term partnership planning
  • Support the tracking and performance analysis of creator cohorts to ensure alignment with brand goals and long-term partnership strategy
  • Support LUSA’s ongoing data cleaning, benchmarking, and modeling efforts, specifically MMM readiness and KPI normalization
  • Proactively flag gaps in visibility or clarity that may require system or process support (but not own those systems)

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000
