THE ROLE
We are seeking a Head of Portfolio Data Operations who excels in strategic problem-solving, innovative thinking, and strategic execution, with a proven track record of building impactful teams focused on operational excellence. This role is based in Addepar’s Edinburgh, UK office!
As part of the wider Addepar Data organisation, the Portfolio Data Operations team is responsible for ensuring Addepar’s clients have timely and high-quality data. This includes overseeing the processing of portfolio transactions and positions, diligently completing verification checks, and assisting clients with their data support queries. The Data Operations group is central to Addepar’s activity and requires daily communication with financial data providers, clients, and colleagues across the company.
As the global leader of the Portfolio Data Operations team, you will leverage your expertise to drive key strategic operations initiatives that unlock efficiency, deliver high-quality data to clients, and mitigate operational risk. You’ll collaborate closely with your team and Engineering & Product leaders to identify opportunities for scaling through automation and modern operator tooling and champion the transformation of the Data Operations function. This position requires a strong people leader with a track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
