We’re now looking for a Director, Data Science & Media Analytics to join our leadership team and help scale our offerings across industries and clients.

• Lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions across descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Develop custom attribution models, MMM, MTA, and causal inference frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with clients to define measurement roadmaps, KPIs, and testing/learning agendas.
• Drive audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and lookalike modeling to support targeting and personalization strategies.
• Optimize cross-channel media performance with budget allocation, in-flight optimization, and bidding strategies.
• Build and deploy ML models for propensity scoring, churn, and CLV.
• Translate complex results into compelling data stories and present them to executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design data pipelines, ETL, and automation workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in adtech, clean rooms, identity solutions, and privacy-first measurement.
• Mentor junior team members, providing both technical guidance and career coaching.
