Debt and Capital Advisory Role - Director - Sydney or Melbourne
Deloitte Debt and Capital Advisory - What do we do?
We work closely with clients in a range of industry sectors to provide advice across the full spectrum of debt and capital markets. We assist Board members, CEO’s, CFO’s and treasury teams with arranging and structuring debt and/or capital funding associated with maturing or new debt facilities, acquisition financing, project and asset specific funding and real estate development and construction funding requirements. The Debt and Capital Advisory practise works closely with all areas within Deloitte including Audit, Tax, Consulting, Transactions, M&A and private equity. Our team is the trusted financial advisor to many iconic corporate and real estate sector clients across Australia and Asia having advised and arranged funding of over $12bn+ in the past several years.
About the team
Deloitte Debt and Capital Advisory comprises a team of highly experienced debt and capital advisory professionals based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with national client coverage and deal origination responsibilities. We are and linked to a Deloitte global network of 180 offices around the world. Our origination responsibilities focus on targeting ASX listed and private corporates, real estate, government and infrastructure clients. Our team works closely together on providing our clients with financing ideas, borrowing platform structures, credit ratings guidance, strategic advice, pitching and winning debt and capital funding transactions through to the execution of raising debt and/or capital related financing. We also maintain a very close relationship with lenders and investors across Australia, Asia and globally, that includes local and foreign banks, credit funds and private equity investors.
