You are a strategic leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing services organizations. You are skilled in developing and optimizing service delivery models across diverse technology platforms. Passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and continuously improving service quality. Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a VAR, MSP, or similar organization
• Proven track record of growing services revenue and managing P&L for a professional services organization
• Expertise in security technologies (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Rubrik), networking (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba), and data center solutions (Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure, VMware)
• Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and observability platforms
• Strong ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize operational processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of security management tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions

The Director, Delivery Services will oversee the planning, delivery, and optimization of services involving industry-leading platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Rubrik, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Dell, HPE, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Ansible, Terraform, and observability tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize processes, ensuring both operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
