Description
Director-Delivery Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional IT services and solutions. Own the revenue and margin for the accounts and help to meet the target given by BU Head. Keep a close tracking on the numbers and work with BU finance team to get the number reflected in system Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and align our services to support their goals. Own any new initiative that CSM brings to the table and work with service line leaders and drive to convert it to opportunity Issue Resolution: Proactively address client concerns, escalations, or service delivery issues in a timely manner. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular account performance updates, service reports, and insights to both clients and internal teams. Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design, implementation, and support. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Contract & Renewal Management: Manage renewals, agreements, and commercial terms in coordination with legal and finance teams. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead internal account teams, including assigning responsibilities, coordinating activities, and ensuring team members are aligned on goals and deliverables. Performance Monitoring: Track internal team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and ensure accountability for service delivery excellence. Mentorship: Support the development and mentoring of junior team members or account coordinators involved in client support.
