JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Director of Design to Value, you will lead the enterprise-wide Design-to-Value process, driving innovation and cost optimization across our product and packaging portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to align product design with consumer needs and operational capabilities. Your leadership will help fuel growth and ensure strategic alignment across functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years leading Engineering or R&D teams in CPG or beverage manufacturing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional decision-making processes.
  • Strong program management skills and familiarity with common tools and practices.
  • Background in packaging engineering or beverage development is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership


    • Own and continuously improve the Design-to-Value process from idea generation through program execution.

    • Align with senior leadership on how best to structure and align with other enterprise-wide strategic processes
    • Ensure integration with Capital Approval, Productivity, and Innovation processes.
    • Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Identify and build tools that enable technical and business teams to identify value creation opportunities.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration


      • Partner with Brand, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain to align functional roadmaps into cohesive plans.

      • Facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
      • Help project teams identify roadblocks and provide structure for resolution.

      • Leadership & Culture


        • Mentor and develop junior team members; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
