Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Director of Digital Engagement will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging digital customer journey, by overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of our digital touchpoints, specifically focusing on the homepage and site calendar for Mass Markets across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital strategy, user experience, and digital marketing, who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at building effective cross-functional connections to align and drive initiatives across a complex organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with AT&T’s overall objectives and enhances customer engagement.
  • Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the homepage, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.
  • Cultivate and lead strong cross-functional partnerships to navigate complex organizational dynamics, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration across teams for the website homepage’s direction.
  • Build and manage the homepage calendar, ensuring a seamless, timely and consistent user experience across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to integrate digital marketing campaigns with the overall digital experience, while ensuring that digital touchpoints support marketing goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Act as a digital experience advocate, promoting a customer-centric approach across the organization.
