About the Role:
As Clinical Data Integration Operations Lead, you will own and govern the end-to-end clinical data integration landscape across strategy, build, operations, and maintenance. You will be accountable for the performance and results of the Clinical Data Integration domain, setting integration standards, priorities, operating models, and investment trade-offs. In this role, you will establish governance frameworks and performance measures that enable sustainable business value across Clinical R&D. You will contribute to the broader DD&I / GDO data strategy, ensuring that integration capabilities, technology investments, and operational priorities align with enterprise data objectives.

If the position is filled in the US, the Expected Pay Range is $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Compensation at other locations may vary significantly.
