Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director - Digital Engineering & Survey, Roads Program to lead our innovative digital transformation efforts within the Roads Program. In this strategic role, you will oversee the integration of advanced digital technologies and survey methodologies to enhance the planning, execution, and management of road infrastructure projects across the Qiddiya development. Your expertise in digital engineering and surveying will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, sustainable road infrastructure that aligns with Qiddiya's broader objectives of creating a world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the Roads Program, focusing on the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices in surveying and digital engineering. Lead initiatives to enhance data collection, analysis, and management through innovative survey methodologies and digital tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into road design, construction, and maintenance activities, ensuring consistency and high standards. Oversee the development of standards and protocols for digital surveys and data management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Qiddiya’s sustainability goals. Track and analyze the performance of digital tools and surveys, providing insights for continuous improvement and decision-making. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging teams to explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, to ensure alignment and transparency in project execution. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in digital engineering, surveying, or project management within infrastructure development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of digital technologies in surveying and infrastructure delivery, including GIS, BIM, and data analytics tools. Proven track record in managing large-scale road infrastructure projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in engaging with government and community stakeholders. Familiarity with KSA regulations and standards for infrastructure development is preferred. Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
