DIRECTOR, DIGITAL HEALTH INTEROPERABILITY

We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Director of Digital Health Interoperability to lead the development of a nationwide health data interoperability framework. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers, health system leaders, and technology partners to enhance the secure exchange and integration of electronic health records (EHRs) across Canada’s healthcare ecosystem. By fostering connections across the system, you will help ensure that patients and care teams have real-time access to critical health information, supporting better health outcomes.
A key focus of this role will be to strengthen the integration of pharmacists into the broader eHealth ecosystem, ensuring their clinical contributions are standardized and accessible across the healthcare continuum. This initiative will enable pharmacists to play an expanded role in primary care and medication management in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
This position is days 4 days in Office at 243 Consumers Road, Toronto.
