POSITION SUMMARY

P\S\L AI Products Launchpad is a newly established, innovation-focused HQ dedicated to evidence-based product invention. We are building a team of forward-thinking specialists who thrive on launching new products to support the work of Healthcare Professionals.
As part of our mission, we are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to support our exciting AI initiatives and engagements.

In this brand-new position, you will have the unique opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the formation of a new group focused on the engagement of healthcare professionals with education, knowledge and learning, using artificial intelligence
  • Work directly with the CEO, helping develop and deploy campaigns to encourage our clinicians to engage with our AI offerings
  • Leverage your expertise in developing and supporting the deployment journeys for clinicians, through the omni-channel team
  • Bring start-up or corporate experience in supporting new initiatives, thriving in an environment where you can innovate and grow

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in the healthcare industry
  • A Proven track record in building campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, for customers, with demonstrable results
  • Passionate about working with clinicians
  • Demonstrated success in supporting new initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical education or medical communications would be an advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives
  • A genuine passion for innovation, new technologies, and driving change
  • Ability to see the possible and think creatively about future-oriented solutions
  • You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and readiness to work with cross-functional teams
  • Enjoys ambiguity and you are capable of pivoting swiftly as new data or insights emerge

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care.
Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of audience intimacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximize reach


    • Leverage your expertise in creating journeys, using omni-channel frameworks to drive reach through emails, web, social media, medical media, on-line advertising and advocacy

    • Maximize engagement


      • Work with the Brand Director and design studio to build and deploy engaging campaigns which resonate with clinicians, providing an exciting repeatable experience

      • Collaboration & Communication


        • Partner with the brand manager and AI design studio to translate the brand and design into campaigns

        • Work with the data scientists to set goals and measure channel impact
        • Ensure campaigns support long-term positioning and trust through regular work with the CEO and broader team
        • Innovation & Thought Leadership


          • Stay current with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices in the use of AI in the studio

          • Identify opportunities for innovation in campaign production
          • Champion continuous improvement, exploring new methods, tools, and technologies
