Location: Remote/Hybrid – North America (Boston, MA or Toronto, Canada preferred)
Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Development, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and SDR Enablement & Operations to ensure consistent GTM execution aligned to strategic growth.

You will lead a sales development team responsible for generating pipeline across Quadient’s Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Financial Automation Solutions portfolios, targeting prospects across SMB, MM, and Enterprise market segments. Own pipeline generation for CCM and Financial Automation portfolios across applicable market segments in North America.

  • Provide first-line and second-line leadership to SDRs and SDR managers, driving strategic direction and high execution standards.
  • Establish and maintain a high-performance, process-driven culture where SDRs are motivated, supported, and held accountable.
  • Align closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure coordinated territory planning, ICP targeting, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create integrated, segment-specific campaigns that enable SDR success and drive revenue.
  • Continuously optimize scalable cadences, workflows, enablement, and onboarding across segments.
  • Implement and evolve robust performance management frameworks and KPIs segmented by market tier, channel, and region.
