Roles & Responsibilities

• Chair/attend all required project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Manage budgets of construction projects.
• Ensure projects comply with regulations, safety measures, permits, and legal documentation.
• Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.
