We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry. Lead the development and maintenance of EHS design standards for both existing and new facilities. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response programs across all sites. Training & Culture Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver impactful training programs that support compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence. Data, Reporting, Technology & Continuous Improvement Own the administration and continuous improvement of QXO’s digital EHS platforms, including EHS management systems and fleet telematics. Oversee the development of EHS business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
