JOB OVERVIEW

The Director will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s strategic direction, ensuring operational efficiency, quality compliance, and profitability. This role requires a strong background in electronic manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The role will also require economic and financial acumen to steer the company through navigating political boundaries in both emerging and mature economies.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience
Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in electronic manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, PCB assembly, test & inspection).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is a plus

Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement long-term business strategies in alignment with corporate goals.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Innovation & Technology
Champion the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and digital transformation in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to scale up new products from prototyping to mass production.
