Description

Starshot is seeking an experienced technology marketing leader to oversee our European and Middle Eastern (EMEA) markets. This Director role will drive our go-to-market strategy, manage a large and mature client portfolio, hire and manage local agency staff and, and build marketing programs and processes that will impact hundreds of technology customers. Preference will be given to candidates with direct channel experience marketing in the technology sector.
Success in this position requires a strong ability to lead and inspire a team, sales and operations expertise, analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic marketing agency environment.
The Director for Starshot EMEA reports directly into our COO & CEO. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times per week in our Dublin office and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Dublin office. Occasional travel within the EMEA marketplace to visit customers and oversee local executions will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for our global technology clients including oversight of local agency staff in Dublin and delivery of services in the EMEA market
  • Function as signing authority in Ireland, representing the interests of Starshot across stakeholders including banking and administrative responsibilities
  • Attract and lead a local agency team in Dublin who manage and execute our marketing services, while delivering against revenue targets
  • Execute a globally aligned strategy in the EMEA region, working closely with our North American based leadership team to adapt and prioritize regional needs
  • Work in partnership with our leadership team to establish and achieve revenue targets, setting of sales goals, and developing relationships with client teams in market
  • Implement processes and strategies to scale marketing programs and revenue across a diverse set of technology industry customers
  • Motivate and develop local agency talent, fostering integration with our North American teams and reflecting the agency culture of mutual support and positivity
  • Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders across our demand and channel marketing practices, events team and creative studio
